Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online presence across multiple e-commerce platforms. The role involves product listing management, inventory coordination, advertising performance monitoring, and sales optimization, with a strong emphasis on Amazon international marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon (International), Walmart, and Flipkart.
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and timely stock updates across all marketplaces.
- Conduct keyword research and market analysis to improve product visibility and conversion rates.
- Monitor Amazon PPC and other advertising campaigns; analyze performance and recommend strategies to improve ROI.
- Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, product uploads, promotions, and campaigns.
- Track competitor activity and implement best practices for continuous performance improvement.
- Prepare and present sales, advertising, and performance reports to support business decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, including international marketplaces.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and e-commerce CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify).
- Strong understanding of Amazon PPC campaigns and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Experience with additional marketplaces such as Flipkart and Walmart is an added advantage.
