We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Junior E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The role involves overseeing product listings, coordinating promotions, analyzing performance data, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Management
- Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, stock levels).
- Ensure consistent product categorization and content optimization (SEO-friendly).
- Platform & Store Operations
- Manage company presence across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Monitor inventory, order fulfillment, returns, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehousing, and customer service teams.
- Sales & Marketing
- Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
- Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, marketplace ads).
- Track performance of campaigns and optimize for ROI.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze sales reports, website traffic, and customer behavior.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve conversion rates.
- Customer Experience
- Ensure smooth pre- and post-sales customer support.
- Monitor customer reviews/ratings and implement improvements.
