Job Overview
Responsible for managing online sales channels, maintaining product listings, handling orders, and improving overall digital store performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces)
- Handle product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates
- Monitor daily orders, coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely dispatch
- Respond to customer inquiries, messages, and complaints
- Track sales performance and prepare reports
- Run and optimize promotions, discounts, and campaigns
- Coordinate with marketing team for ads and social media integration
- Ensure smooth website functionality and user experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Daraz, Amazon)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience
- Fresh candidates or 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Timings (10Am to 3PM)(4PM to 10PM)
