Job Responsibilities

• Manage product listings and sales on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and our website.
• Work with platforms like WooCommerce, Instagram, and other e-commerce portals.
• The candidate will be responsible for different life cycles of the product such as photoshoot, cataloguing, uploading and tracking of product metrics such as ranking, ratings, reviews, feedback, etc. on Amazon and Flipkart, etc.
• Improve product content using A+ Content to enhance ratings and sales.
• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to boost website performance.
• Create and maintain a digital catalogue with accurate technical and functional details.
• Increase followers and engagement on social media.
• Plan and execute online sales campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
• Manage product listings on platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, India Mart, Wal-Mart, etc.
• Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Maintain inventory records using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Respond to customer queries and reviews.
• Manage product options, discounts, offers, and promotions.
• Regularly update product categories and listings.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for strategy planning.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2/4 years of experience in E-commerce/SEO.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of design software (CorelDraw, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
