Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Specialist with a strong background in Digital Marketing to manage our online sales channels and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, product optimization, and digital marketing strategies to enhance traffic, visibility, and conversions across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.
  • Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing updates, keyword optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics including traffic, conversions and revenue.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing, returns, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to optimize pricing, product content, and marketing strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve product ranking and organic visibility.
  • Monitor website and landing page performance and recommend enhancements for better UX and conversions.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop product creatives, banners, and promotional content.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Plan and manage promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and platform-specific offers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketplace dashboards.
  • Experience running paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar CMS platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
  • Ability to create basic creatives using Canva or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • E-Commerce: 3 years (Preferred)
  • META Ads: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Google Ads: 3 years (Preferred)
