Location: Techno City 2 (Infront of Dubai Plaza), 6th Road, Rawalpindi.

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission.

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Sales Manager to join our team and manage key operations and growth for our Noon KSA seller account. You will be directly responsible for end-to-end e-commerce account management, including product research (hunting), listing, pricing, inventory planning, sales performance, and promotional campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of online marketplaces, especially Noon, and a passion for scaling online retail operations in the KSA market.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Hunting & Selection:

* Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to identify high-demand, low-competition products.

* Analyze trends, customer behavior, and seasonal demands in the KSA market.

* Coordinate with procurement/suppliers to source winning products.

Listing Creation & Optimization:

* Create high-converting listings with accurate content, optimized keywords, pricing, and visuals.

* Work closely with content/design teams (if available) to ensure listings meet Noon’s standards and SEO best practices.

* Continuously optimize product listings for visibility and conversion.

Account Management:

* Manage the Noon KSA seller account on a daily basis, ensuring smooth operations.

* Monitor account health metrics, customer feedback, and compliance with Noon policies.

* Resolve disputes, order issues, and negative feedback in a timely manner.

Sales & Growth Strategy:

* Develop and implement pricing and promotional strategies to boost sales and rankings.

* Track, analyze, and report sales performance, profitability, and inventory turnover.

* Identify opportunities for growth and new product verticals.

Inventory & Operations:

* Coordinate inventory forecasting, stock levels, and replenishment schedules.

* Work with fulfillment teams and warehouses to ensure product availability and timely dispatch.

* Manage returns, order discrepancies, and SLA compliance.

Stakeholder Coordination:

* Liaise with Noon account managers and internal teams for campaign participation, deals, and feature opportunities.

* Build and maintain vendor/supplier relationships for sourcing.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:

* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing seller/vendor accounts on Noon or other e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Jumia, etc.).

* Demonstrated success in product hunting, listing optimization, and account scaling.

Skills:

* Strong analytical and market research skills.

* Proficiency with e-commerce tools, Noon Seller Lab, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and sales tracking dashboards.

* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge:

* Deep understanding of the KSA e-commerce market and consumer behavior.

* Familiarity with Noon seller policies, promotional tools, and operational processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs80,000.00 per month
