Position : E-commerce Fulfilment

Educational Qualification:- Any Graduate or Postgraduate – Supply Chain Management
Work experience (in years) :- 2-5 Years
Roles and Responsibilities : -
- Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure accurate product details, pricing, and availability are maintained.
- Coordinate with vendors and courier partners for inbound shipments.
- Manage outbound logistics to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
- Oversee packing, labelling and dispatch processes.
- Track deliveries to ensure timely completion and resolve logistics issues.
- Maintain stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and movement of goods.
- Liaise with warehouse staff, vendors, and logistics partners for smooth operations.
- Generate reports on fulfilment KPIs like order accuracy, delivery timelines, and stock movement.
Key Skills/Experience the Candidate Should Have -
Technical (T) and Non-Technical (NT):-
- Strong knowledge of inventory and logistics management.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and MS Excel.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain optimization.
