E-Commerce Graphic Designer

We are looking for an eCommerce Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This team member must be highly organized and think outside-of-the-box. Location & Hours: This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Little Rock, Arkansas headquarters. A high level of attendance is required as an essential function of this position

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for designing creative digital advertisements to be used in e-commerce marketing.
• Publish a high volume of images to the website on a daily basis.
• Retouch and edit images as needed.
• Run reports daily to ensure all web content is accurate and available for activation in a timely manner.
• Partner with the photo studio, copy writing and merchandising teams to ensure quality, accuracy and efficiency throughout the post-production workflow.
• Research and present new, elevated approaches to visual storytelling through graphic design.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 2+ years of retouching experience
• Associate Degree in Visual Art or related field
• Knowledge of digital photography and In Design experience is a plus
• Up to date on all Adobe Photoshop techniques
• Expert level computer skills
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of retouching, skin tone, body shape, clothing and product refinement and have the ability to control color/contrast for the web
• Solid understanding of production techniques including separations, layering and color management
• Visual sense with an attention to detail
• Ability to work very quickly without sacrificing the overall image quality
• Strong organizational skills
• Retail work experience is a plus
• Passion for fashion is a must
