E-Commerce Product Photographer

Caravan Group, a multi-channel eCommerce retailer in home goods, pet supplies, kitchen tools and other categories, is looking to expand our marketing team as we push into new channels and grow our product offerings.

This position is responsible for shooting high-quality product photography for uses in different eCommerce marketing platforms (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc). The ideal candidate will shoot across a variety of categories and will dictate studio and location lighting, post-processing using Photoshop, and camera technology necessary to bring amazing quality content to our customers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Professionally retouch and refine images to drive higher sales performance utilizing Photoshop
• Graphic design content and template for new product development and marketing graphics (such as online graphics, icons, banners, digital ads, printing cards, flyer, etc.)
• Photoshoot and photography of home goods, pet supplies, and kitchen categories
• Determine necessary lighting requirements, set up, composition, background & prop choices, as well as any additional shooting specifications
• Videography and editing for short videos of products on eCommerce platforms and social media
• Coordinate with team members on listing optimization and image editing to promote sales across various e-commerce platform such as Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, Shopify
• Generate, edit, publish and share marketing content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

Qualifications and requirements:

• MUST HAVE 3+ years of professional product photography experience in eCommerce digital photo platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify)
• A solid portfolio demonstrating creative and technical expertise
• MUST HAVE Mid-to-High Level Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, etc.) skills
• Experience in studio and natural lighting and propping
• Deep knowledge with Amazon PPC, Google Ads
• Strong creative/innovative side as well as grounded analytical approach is a PLUS
• Bachelor's Degree
• Bilingual is a PLUS (Chinese)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
