E-Commerce Graphic Designer & Product Photographer

Job Summary
Located in the heart of Sioux Falls, Roll N' Smoke is the largest smoke shop in South Dakota. We operate multiple retail locations and a growing e-commerce business, serving customers with a wide selection of tobacco, vaping, and related products.
We are looking for a creative and driven E-Commerce Graphic Designer & Product Photographer to help elevate our online presence. This role combines product photography, graphic design, website design, and marketing creative development.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, enjoys creating visual content from start to finish, and understands how great visuals can improve customer experience and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Photography:

• Capture high-quality images of products for use on our online store, marketing campaigns, and social media.
• Set up lighting, backgrounds, and product scenes to create professional product photography.
• Maintain consistency in image quality and brand presentation.

Image Editing:

• Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).
• Ensure all product images are visually appealing and consistent with company standards.
• Create product graphics, infographics, and promotional visuals.

Website Design:

• Design website layouts, product pages, and landing pages to improve customer experience and conversions.
• Create design mockups using Figma or other design software.
• Collaborate with management on website improvements and user flow enhancements.
• Work with WordPress and Elementor to implement or assist with design updates.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with management, marketing, and e-commerce teams to understand business goals and effectively communicate product features through design.

Quality Control:

• Ensure all photography, website designs, and marketing materials meet technical and aesthetic standards before publication.

Innovation:

• Stay updated with the latest photography, design, e-commerce, and marketing trends to continuously improve creative output.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Product Photographer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Strong photography skills with a keen eye for detail, composition, and lighting.
• Strong graphic design skills including typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio showcasing photography and graphic design work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of a 2-year degree in Graphic Design or 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Experience with WordPress and Elementor.
• Experience with Figma or similar design software.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or online marketing.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience designing landing pages and marketing materials.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
