Role Overview
We are seeking an
experienced, data-driven, and strategic E-Commerce Growth Manager
to lead Beyyoglu’s entire online ecosystem.
This role combines
branding, digital marketing, sales, customer experience, and creative operations
under one growth-oriented leadership. The E-Commerce Growth Manager will be directly responsible for driving
revenue growth, conversion performance, and brand visibility
across all digital channels and markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Branding & Marketing

Build and execute 360° marketing strategies across all digital touchpoints.

Manage paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) and SEO/SEM initiatives to ensure maximum brand exposure and conversion.

Oversee brand consistency across all creative assets and campaigns, ensuring alignment with the Beyyoglu brand voice.
2. Sales & Channels Management

Lead all online sales operations including
official website, marketplaces (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Boyner, Zalando, etc.)
, and new global e-commerce partnerships.

Create and execute growth roadmaps to increase online sales, improve ROAS, and optimize funnel performance.

Manage inventory alignment, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize profitability.
3. Customer Experience & Call Center

Oversee the
call center operations
, ensuring seamless customer communication and service excellence.

Implement data-driven improvements in customer satisfaction, NPS, and retention metrics.

Collaborate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth end-to-end customer experience.
4. Creative & Influencer Marketing

Manage all
creative content production
including photo, video, and copy assets.

Plan and coordinate
influencer collaborations
, product seeding, and social media activations to drive engagement and sales.

Lead storytelling initiatives that enhance brand identity and emotional connection with the audience.
5. Social Media & Communication

Oversee all
social media platforms
(Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) to ensure strategic content planning and performance optimization.

Monitor and report on social and engagement metrics, using data to guide future content and communication strategies.
6. Reporting & Analysis

Analyze performance across all channels using GA4, Looker Studio, and other BI tools.

Report directly to top management with actionable insights and growth recommendations.

Set measurable KPIs for marketing, sales, and content teams, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 10 years of professional experience
in e-commerce, digital marketing, or growth management—preferably within the fashion retail industry.

Proven success in managing multi-channel digital sales operations and achieving strong revenue growth.

Expertise in Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and marketing automation tools.

Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.

Fluency in English – Upper Intermediate or above (required).

Strong analytical mindset with an understanding of ROI, ROAS, and performance optimization.
