A 2-month contractor to set up Meta Ads, Google Ads, a new social channel, and build a new Dubai-focused e-commerce sales channel for a cosmetics brand.

1. New Sales Channel Development

• Build a new sales channel for UAE customers: identifying opportunities, planning funnel strategy, and executing growth actions.
• Develop a complete Dubai-focused customer acquisition plan.
• Identify potential partnerships (influencers, salons, pop-ups) that support channel growth.

2. Meta (Instagram/Facebook) Ads Management

• Create and set up a new Meta Ads account for UAE operations.
• Plan and launch campaign structure: testing, scaling, retargeting.
• Create optimized audiences and creatives.
• Execute fast reporting and performance improvements.

3. Social Media Channel Setup & Development Plan

• Launch a new social media presence dedicated to UAE/Dubai (Instagram/TikTok).
• Develop a 30-day content plan targeting UAE beauty consumers.
• Assist with simple content creation (Reels, product videos, visuals).
• Optimize profile for conversions (bio, links, highlights, funnel flow).

4. Google Ads Setup / Implementation

• Set up Google Ads account from zero (or restructure existing).
• Implement brand search, shopping ads, and conversion tracking.
• Create campaigns aligned with the new sales channel strategy.

5. E-Commerce Support

• Plan website sales funnel improvements for WooCommerce.
• Set up tracking, pixels, conversions, analytics.
• Provide weekly performance reports with next steps.

Duration & Commitment

• 2-month full-time contract
• Must be available to deliver weekly milestones
• Option to extend into a long-term role based on performance!

By the end of 2 months, you will deliver:

Compensation

• AED 5,000–6,000/month (full-time)
• Option to work from the comfort of your home
• Performance bonus available for meeting KPIs
• Must be available to deliver weekly milestones
• Option to extend into a long-term role based on performance
