E-Commerce Growth Specialist

Brand - Rival Nutrition is a fast-growing sports nutrition and supplement brand dedicated to fueling performance and healthy lifestyles. We’re on a mission to bring premium naturally flavored, science-backed supplements directly to consumers through our website and Amazon store.

Job Description - We’re looking for a motivated E-Commerce Growth Specialist to help scale our brand and accelerate sales via our Seller Central Amazon site and our Shopify website. You’ll play a key role in optimizing our direct-to-consumer channels, enhancing customer experience, and driving measurable growth across Shopify and Amazon.

Responsibilities:

*Manage and optimize our Shopify website for conversions, customer experience, and sales growth

*Oversee and scale Amazon Seller Central operations (listings, advertising, and account health)

*Develop and execute strategies to increase direct-to-consumer sales

*Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI

*Collaborate with marketing to drive traffic and engagement

Qualifications:

*Experience with Shopify websites and Amazon Seller Central (required)

*Strong background in DTC e-commerce sales. affiliate/ambassador marketing and digital marketing

*Data-driven mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize campaigns

*Familiarity with supplements, nutrition, or consumer packaged goods (a plus)

*Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

*Strong organic SEO, paid SEO, Amazon organic and paid ad placement experience a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
