ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Growth & E-Commerce Performance Lead to scale a well-established 30-year fashion retail brand and expand its digital presence and revenue significantly over the next 12–18 months.

This role is open to:

  • Experienced e-commerce and performance marketing professionals, OR
  • Ambitious and fast-learning individuals with strong drive, creativity, and hunger to build and scale.

The ideal candidate must combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and be adaptable to a fast-changing retail landscape.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead our small team to get the following done :

E-Commerce Management (Shopify)

  • Manage end-to-end product listings, category structures, banners, and collection pages.
  • Improve conversion rate (CRO), checkout experience, and reduce cart abandonment.
  • Coordinate accurate inventory alignment between online and store teams.

Performance Marketing & Paid Ads

  • Plan and execute campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google & TikTok.
  • Optimize targeting, retargeting, and create profitable lookalike funnels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce advertising and performance marketing.

Organic Growth & Social Media

  • Plan monthly content calendars and social campaigns.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and UGC initiatives.
  • Oversee newsletters, WhatsApp marketing, promotional flows, and automation.

SEO & Growth Strategy

  • Enhance organic visibility through on-page SEO, content optimization, and internal linking.
  • Implement technical SEO and long-term ranking improvements.
  • Analyze competitor strategies to identify gaps and opportunities in the market.

Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs including sales, CR, CAC, ROAS, traffic and AOV.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on key metrics and performance to stakeholders.
  • Identify top sellers, slow movers, and new growth opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

For Experienced Candidates:

  • 3–5+ years in e-commerce, digital advertising or similar
  • Knowledge of Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads & SEO
  • Ability to scale ads and interpret analytics

For High-Potential Learners:

  • Resourceful, quick thinker with strong execution ability
  • Interest in fashion and e-commerce
  • Willing to learn, adapt and experiment
