About the Opportunity
ProntoDigital is seeking a highly motivated E-Commerce Growth Specialist who can take ownership of online store performance and contribute directly to revenue growth across the US market.
This role is ideal for professionals who understand the complete ecommerce ecosystem—from managing storefronts and advertising campaigns to analyzing performance data and improving conversion rates. You'll work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to drive measurable business results.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and maintain ecommerce stores built on Shopify and WooCommerce.
- Oversee product uploads, inventory updates, pricing adjustments, promotions, and merchandising activities.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and improve customer acquisition.
- Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid channels.
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Implement and maintain tracking systems including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, UTM tracking, and conversion events.
- Analyze ecommerce KPIs such as revenue, ROAS, conversion rate, average order value, customer acquisition cost, and traffic sources.
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to launch new campaigns, website updates, and promotional initiatives.
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization activities to maximize store performance.
- Support SEO efforts and help improve organic search visibility.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in ecommerce management, digital marketing, or online store operations.
- Strong practical experience with Shopify and/or WooCommerce platforms.
- Proven experience running performance marketing campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads and modern ecommerce growth channels.
- Understanding of analytics, conversion tracking, reporting, and attribution models.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and ecommerce best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and project coordination abilities.

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
