E-Commerce Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to support our online operations. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn about e-commerce and digital operations, with a focus on data accuracy, product presentation, and delivery partner management.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Product Updates: Upload and maintain product details (descriptions, SKUs, pricing, etc.) across e-commerce platforms.
• Image Scraping & Organization: Source, clean, and upload product photographs, ensuring correct formatting and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Delivery Partner Portfolio: Update and manage partner details, service coverage, and delivery-related data within our systems.
• Quality Checks: Verify accuracy of product listings and monitor live website content for errors or missing details.
• Cross-Functional Support: Assist the e-commerce and operations teams with ad hoc tasks and projects.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to source and edit images (basic Photoshop/Canva is an advantage).
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about the e-commerce industry.
