E-Commerce Intern – Urgent Required

At Nexa Hive Wave, a Canada-based e-commerce company, we specialize in managing and scaling brands across major global marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Shopify. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern who wants to build a career in the digital commerce industry.

This internship offers hands-on experience in Marketplace Management, Vendor Relations, Order Fulfillment, and Operations. You will be trained by industry professionals and gain direct exposure to international e-commerce workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in onboarding new vendors, managing existing accounts, and maintaining product catalogs.
• Support in product listings, price updates, stock management, and promotional campaigns across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Shopify.
• Help analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and vendor KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to execute online campaigns and manage daily tasks.
• Assist in order processing, shipment tracking, and logistics coordination with 3PL partners.
• Ensure timely vendor pickups, order dispatches, and delivery tracking.
• Support in SLA monitoring, issue resolution, and generating performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Walmart Seller Center, and Shopify is required.
• Certifications in any of these platforms (e.g., Amazon or Shopify Certified) will be considered a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data handling and reporting.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
