Internship Overview:

We are looking for motivated and creative E-commerce Interns to join our team in Multan. This internship is designed to provide you with practical experience in managing e-commerce operations, digital marketing, product listings, and customer engagement — all while learning directly from industry professionals in a real working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing online stores (e.g., Shopify, Daraz, Amazon, etc.)
• Create and update product listings with accurate information and appealing content
• Support order processing, inventory updates, and stock coordination
• Communicate with customers, respond to queries, and assist in returns
• Help with basic graphic design or content creation for promotions (if skilled)
• Coordinate with the development team on store improvements or technical issues
• Perform competitor and market research to suggest improvements
• Contribute to marketing campaigns via email, social media, and paid ads
• Prepare simple reports to track sales, performance, and customer feedback

What You Will Learn:

• Practical experience in e-commerce management
• How to use major online selling platforms and tools
• Basics of digital marketing, SEO, and customer engagement
• E-commerce analytics and reporting
• Team collaboration in a tech and e-commerce environment
• Exposure to software development processes (if interested)

Requirements:

• Study minimum Matric (preferably in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields)
• Passion for online business, marketing, or e-commerce
• Basic understanding of online shopping platforms
• Familiar with Google Sheets/Excel and email tools
• Good communication and time management skills
• Eager to learn and take initiative
• Graphic design or basic photo editing skills is a plus (not required)
