Job Title: E-Commerce Inventory Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our E-Commerce team as a Restocking Associate. This entry-level role involves managing inventory, restocking products and ensuring accurate stock levels. You will work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor stock levels on the e-commerce platform and ensure timely restocking of products.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to track inventory availability.
  • Update product listings to reflect current stock levels and availability.
  • Identify fast-moving products and ensure sufficient stock to avoid shortages.
  • Collaborate with suppliers or vendors to place restock orders as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory movements and discrepancies.
  • Support the implementation of stock management tools and processes to optimize inventory.
  • Generate regular reports on stock levels, replenishment timelines, and sales trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems (training provided).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
