E-Commerce Listing & Marketplace Specialist

We are seeking a skilled E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist to manage and grow our online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing content, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple online sales channels.

The candidate should have hands-on experience working with major online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and other e-commerce platforms, along with a strong understanding of listing optimization and marketplace management.

Responsibilities

• Create, upload, and manage product listings across various online marketplaces.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images to improve product visibility and ranking.
• Monitor sales performance, marketplace analytics, and product trends.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock updates with internal teams.
• Handle order processing, shipping updates, and customer inquiries when required.
• Conduct competitor research and pricing analysis to remain competitive in the market.
• Ensure listings comply with marketplace policies and standards.
• Identify opportunities to increase online sales and improve store performance.

Experience & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience managing online marketplace stores (Amazon, eBay, or similar platforms).
• Experience in product listing creation, optimization, and keyword research.
• Familiarity with marketplace tools, inventory management systems, and order processing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple listings and marketplaces efficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with marketplace advertising or promotions.
• Knowledge of product SEO and listing optimization strategies.
• Basic understanding of product image requirements and content management.
