We are a dynamic and fast-growing Pharma company focused on providing high-quality products and services to our customers. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a talented E-Commerce Executive to join our team and drive the success of our online sales and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Optimize product listings (descriptions, images, pricing) to maximize visibility and sales.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Oversee customer service on e-commerce platforms, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and resolving issues.
• Implement and maintain effective inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
• Track and analyze website traffic and conversion rates, using data to optimize user experience and sales outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends and technologies.
