Position: E-Commerce & Logistics Intern
Location: Ahmedabad

Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to manage day-to-day operations of our online store. This role gives complete exposure to e-commerce management, vendor coordination, logistics, inventory, and overall store performance. If you enjoy taking ownership and want real hands-on experience, this internship is the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Shopify store: product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and catalogue updates.
- Coordinate with vendors for sourcing, quotations, stock updates, and product availability.
- Oversee inventory: track stock levels, update records, plan timely replenishments.
- Handle logistics: courier bookings, tracking shipments, managing returns, and resolving delivery issues.
- Ensure smooth order processing, packaging oversight, and daily dispatch coordination.
- Research new products, packaging ideas, and potential vendors to improve the store.
- Maintain operational reports: orders, sales, inventory, vendor performance, and logistics.
- Optimize product pages for better customer experience and conversion.
- Support any additional operational activities required to run the store efficiently.
Requirements:
- Strong interest in e-commerce, online retail, and store operations.
- Good communication and vendor-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage work with accuracy and ownership.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify is preferred; willingness to learn is essential.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for daily reporting.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
