E Commerce Logistics Sales Manager



Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Growth: Responsible for owning and driving logistics transactions (orders per day) on the network

  • Business Development & Network Expansion: Identify, engage, and onboard merchants / brands and businesses to adopt the company//'s Logistics. Drive GTM efforts for hyperlocal and intracity logistics offerings. Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across key categories.

  • Supply Ecosystem Development: Create a decentralised, high-quality logistics supply network by identifying and onboarding national, regional & local fleet operators. Evaluate fleet partner capabilities, SOP alignment, and operational readiness.

  • Building & Owning Relationships: Liaise with logistics network participants, industry bodies/confederations and other key stakeholders supporting the ever expanding product categories & use cases on the network.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including onboarding, technology and operations, as well as external stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated logistics experience on the network.

  • Program/Project Management: Be a resourceful, go-getting multitasker, supporting initiatives across logistics. Track KPIs, performance metrics, and drive continuous improvements across logistics flows.

  • Operational Excellence: Orchestrate a logistics network with optimum cost structures, service quality & offerings inline with the company//'s growth ambitions.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in logistics, preferably within the hyperlocal industry (e.g., food delivery, grocery delivery, last-mile services)

  • Passionate about digital commerce, technology, and building solutions at scale

  • Strong understanding of Indias hyperlocal and intracity logistics landscape, market dynamics, and emerging tech.

  • Self-starter with the ability to own targets, manage ambiguity, and drive outcomes Independently.

- A tech- and data-first problem solver

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and build Relationships.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.

  • 3+ years of experience in hyperlocal or last-mile logistics (flexible for exceptional candidates).

  • Demonstrated success in business development, partner acquisition, or program management roles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the Indian digital commerce landscape; particularly experience with leading hyperlocal platforms in logistics, strategy, consulting, or related experience is a Plus.

  • High-growth operations, tech, or startup experience is strongly preferred

  • Outstanding communication and organisation skills

  • Storyteller, can communicate the company//'s vision and mission to network participants, industry associations, govt departments etc

  • Self-motivated, works well independently, and possesses strong organisation and time management skills
