Job Overview
We’re seeking a high-performing sales professional with proven experience selling shipping and logistics services to e-commerce businesses. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business, driving revenue growth, and delivering customized small parcel logistics solutions to e-commerce clients.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting e-commerce businesses in need of small parcel shipping solutions.

Identify and engage new prospects, conduct discovery calls, and manage the full sales cycle from pitch to close.

Present compelling logistics proposals that highlight cost efficiency, reliability, and scalable shipping services.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Partner cross-functionally with operations, warehousing, and fulfillment teams to align client expectations with service implementations.

Track sales metrics, monitor performance, and report on pipeline growth, conversions, and customer feedback.
Preferred Qualifications

Proven track record of successfully selling shipping or logistics services to e-commerce businesses.

Strong understanding of parcel shipping, express services, fulfillment, warehousing, and domestic/international freight.
