Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to take full ownership of our online sales strategy across all digital platforms in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will lead the development, execution, and optimization of our e-commerce operations, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all e-commerce activities across online marketplaces and platforms.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize growth, visibility, and profitability.
- Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaigns to ensure competitiveness.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.
- Manage relationships with platform representatives (Amazon, Noon, etc.) to optimize exposure.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports on performance, ROI, and growth potential.
- Drive innovation and propose new ideas to enhance the customer journey and increase market share.
- Lead and align the e-commerce team to work closely with other departments within UCare (sales, procurement, logistics, finance, and marketing) to ensure seamless collaboration and unified goals.
- Manage, mentor, and lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets, enhance performance, and ensure alignment with UCare’s overall growth strategy.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (8+ years) in e-commerce management, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
- Strong knowledge of major online marketplaces and platforms (Amazon, Noon, Namshi, etc.).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising strategies.
- Analytical mindset with strong skills in data interpretation and sales forecasting.
- Leadership ability with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead collaboration with different departments within UCare to ensure smooth execution of strategies and alignment with company objectives.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a sales team, setting clear targets, tracking performance, and driving team success.
