Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective e-commerce strategies that drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and optimize the overall customer experience. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.
Duties
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive traffic and sales across various online platforms.
- Utilize SEO tools to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research to inform content creation and enhance organic visibility.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, to engage customers and promote products.
- Oversee Google Ads and SEM initiatives to maximize paid search performance.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement conversion optimization techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on email marketing campaigns and marketing automation strategies.
- Create compelling content for product descriptions, blogs, and social media posts that resonate with target audiences.
- Maintain the e-commerce website using WordPress, ensuring all content is up-to-date and visually appealing through graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Monitor industry trends in e-commerce and digital marketing to stay ahead of competitors.
Experience
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of performance marketing principles.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and conversion optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and content management systems is highly desirable.
- Experience in social media management and social media marketing strategies.
- Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop or similar tools for creating engaging visual content.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive content that drives engagement.
