E-Commerce Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations across multiple online platforms including Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Nykaa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations on Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, keywords).
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and promotions across channels.
• Track sales performance, generate reports, and implement growth strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, offers, and ads.
• Ensure smooth order processing, dispatch, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze competitor activity and identify new opportunities.
• Work with cross-functional teams (warehouse, design, customer support) for seamless operations.
• Monitor product rankings, reviews, and SEO optimizations on each platform

Requirements:

• Graduate (any stream), preference for candidates with e-commerce/warehouse experience.
• Hands-on experience with Easyecom or similar inventory/order management software.
• Strong MS Excel & reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience Required: 2-5years

Shift: Day

Salary Range: 18,000-25,000

Job location: Wapi, Gujarat

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
