Position: E-Commerce Manager

Location: Lucknow

Key Responsibilities

Manage end to end and scale e-commerce operations across platforms. Drive IVR sales & online business growth

Lead vendor onboarding and management of the marketplace.

Drive online sales growth and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions.

Coordinate with marketing, operations, supply chain and logistics for smooth order fulfillment.

Monitor analytics, conversion rates, and implement strategies to improve performance.

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution of queries/complaints.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or MBA. Agriculture knowledge is preferred.

5-7 years of experience in e-commerce supply chain operations/management.

Strong knowledge of online marketplaces, digital marketing, and analytics tools.

Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation: As per industry standards.
