Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations for client accounts across ecommerce marketplaces
- Create and update product listings, catalog details, keyword optimization, and A+ content coordination
- Coordinate with clients for pricing, inventory, product information, and approvals
- Monitor listing health, returns, customer feedback, and raise tickets where required
- Track competitor activities and share insights with clients
- Prepare reports, sales summaries, and performance updates
- Support internal team in the smooth execution of tasks
- Ensure timely communication and delivery of client requirements
Skills Required
- Basic to strong knowledge of e-commerce marketplace operations
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Good command of MS Excel (basic formulas, Pivot, Vlookup preferred)
- Understanding of SEO, PPC, or product ranking basics is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts
- Problem-solving and proactive approach
Qualifications
- Graduate in any field
- Prior experience in ecommerce is preferred
- Training will be provided for suitable candidates
