You will build and run our D2C engine end-to-end. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll set up, optimise, and scale our digital storefront to deliver an exceptional consumer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and manage the RUMI Shopify store end-to-end — structure, navigation, design coordination, apps, backend.

Own all product listings: content, SEO, images, descriptions, A/B testing.

Work closely with marketing to drive traffic, conversions, and overall sales performance.

Analyse user behaviour and optimise the funnel to improve CVR, AOV, LTV.

Build and execute merchandising strategies to maximise sales.

Track, measure, and report performance metrics; turn insights into action.

Coordinate with operations for inventory, fulfilment, and customer experience.

Experiment relentlessly — landing pages, offers, bundles, flows, tools, funnels.

Stay ahead of D2C best practices, Shopify trends, plugins, and performance tactics.

4–5 years of experience in D2C/e-commerce (Shopify experience is a must).

Strong understanding of CRO, analytics, user journeys, and merchandising.

Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
