E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Manager to oversee and manage our online store operations end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, improving customer experience, and performance across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website
• Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and merchandising
• Drive sales through CRO, SEO, email marketing, and paid campaigns
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and logistics teams
• Monitor website performance, traffic, and conversion metrics
• Manage marketplace operations (Amazon, First Cry , Ajio, etc.)
• Ensure seamless order processing, fulfillment, and returns
• Analyze sales data and prepare weekly/monthly reports

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
