E-Commerce Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesPhoto Editing & Visual Content

• Edit and retouch model and product photographs for upload on the Kuik website and online platforms
• Ensure consistency with brand aesthetics, color accuracy, and visual quality
• Perform background removal, color correction, cropping, resizing, and enhancements
• Optimize images for website and marketplace performance
• Maintain and manage an organized image and asset library

End-to-End E-Commerce Management

• Handle the complete e-commerce process independently, including:
• Receiving and monitoring online orders
• Updating order status on the platform
• Coordinating packing and labeling
• Managing dispatch and shipment tracking
• Upload and manage product listings, pricing, and inventory
• Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for timely deliveries
• Handle customer communication related to orders, shipping, and delivery issues
• Ensure smooth execution from order placement to final dispatch

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Lightroom / Illustrator is a plus)
• Experience in editing fashion and product images
• Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
• Practical understanding of order processing, packing, and dispatch workflows
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and time management
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of operations

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Prior experience with a clothing or fashion brand
• Familiarity with Instagram and marketplace image standards
• Basic understanding of brand presentation and online merchandising
