E-commerce Sales Manager – Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic E-commerce Sales Manager to lead and grow our online sales channels. This role is responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies, managing online marketplaces and platforms, optimizing digital sales performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage and optimize listings on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure alignment on promotions, inventory, and customer service.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, logistics partners, and platform account managers.
- Ensure high standards of product presentation, pricing accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, ROI, and KPIs for senior management.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce sales or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of online sales platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Shopify Analytics).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
