E-commerce Manager

As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s online sales channels including Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, Etsy, and the company website. You will oversee product listings, digital marketing strategies, inventory coordination, and performance analytics to drive online revenue and expand global reach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all e-commerce platforms including Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, Etsy, and company website.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversion rates.
• Develop and implement online sales strategies to increase revenue and market reach.
• Monitor sales performance, traffic, and customer behavior using analytics tools.
• Coordinate with the store, production, and export teams to ensure accurate inventory and order fulfillment.
• Manage and supervise the e-commerce team, including Amazon/eBay specialists, graphic designers, and social media handlers.
• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, promotions, and paid advertisements.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain account health.
• Generate performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in e-commerce management.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Alibaba, and other online marketplaces.
• Experience with SEO, PPC advertising, and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, analytics tools, and online marketing platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international e-commerce sales.
• Knowledge of product listing optimization and marketplace algorithms.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and advertising platforms.
