Fiberglass Coatings is seeking a proactive, results-driven E-Commerce Manager to develop and execute our online marketplace strategy, with a hyperfocus on Amazon. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about scaling digital sales through strategic execution and continuous optimization.
As a growing consumer and lifestyle brand, we are looking for someone with strong expertise in Amazon, WordPress, and marketplace management who can collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing while also working independently to drive online revenue growth.

Innovate & Grow: Identify and lead new opportunities for growth and expansion across online marketplaces.

Marketplace Management: Establish and manage our presence on Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe’s, eBay, and our owned websites—including product setup, optimization, and consumer experience improvements.

Amazon PPC & Optimization: Create, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, promotions, bid strategies, and keyword performance; analyze SERPs and adjust strategy accordingly.

Website Management: Own day-to-day website operations, including product additions, navigation updates, checkout optimization, and site performance enhancements.

Performance Analytics: Analyze data across all digital channels and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and revenue growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Operations, and other teams to align promotions and business objectives.

Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors, identify market trends, benchmark performance, and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in e-commerce and marketplace management, with a strong emphasis on Amazon.

Experience managing major marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe’s, and eBay.

Strong understanding of SEO, digital advertising, PPC, and revenue optimization strategies.

Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
