E-Commerce Manager – Amazon, Shopify & Digital Marketing

John Snyder Tool, Inc. is seeking a motivated, tech-savvy E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. This role sits at the center of our digital operations—managing customer interactions, building high-performing product listings, and expanding our reach across multiple online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

  • Provide excellent customer support across eBay, Amazon, and our Shopify website
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure a seamless online shopping experience

E-Commerce Management

  • Create, optimize, and manage product listings across eBay, Amazon, and Shopify
  • Ensure listings are accurate, visually compelling, and conversion-focused

Content & Social Media

  • Develop and manage content for Instagram and YouTube to promote products and build brand awareness
  • Create engaging posts, product videos, and marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales

Digital Marketing & SEO

  • Conduct keyword research to improve product visibility across all platforms
  • Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights

Inventory & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory across all sales channels
  • Use Excel (including VLOOKUPs) to manage, analyze, and optimize product data

Publication & Design

  • Design and produce quarterly promotional catalogs using Adobe InDesign
  • Create digital ads and marketing materials for new and featured products

Website & CMS Management

  • Maintain and update website content using Shopify, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms

Qualifications

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (eBay required; Amazon & Shopify strongly preferred)
  • Experience creating and managing product listings that drive sales
  • Familiarity with Instagram and YouTube marketing (content creation, posting, basic analytics)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs and data analysis)
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign (for flyers/publications)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools
  • Background in tools, automotive equipment, or industrial products

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • E-Commerce - Ebay, Amazon, and Shopify: 2 years (Required)
  • Social Marketing: 1 year (Required)
