Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales initiatives and drive the growth of our digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce strategies, and performance analytics. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for optimizing online customer experiences and increasing conversion rates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to enhance online sales and customer engagement.
- Utilize SEO tools and techniques to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, user experience improvements, and performance marketing tactics.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns across various platforms including Facebook Advertising to drive traffic and brand awareness.
- Oversee content creation for product descriptions, blogs, and promotional materials while ensuring alignment with brand voice.
- Utilize Google Analytics to monitor website performance, analyze customer behavior, and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns through Google Ads and SEM strategies to maximize ROI.
- Implement email marketing campaigns utilizing marketing automation tools to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Conduct keyword research to inform content strategy and improve search engine rankings.
- Maintain the e-commerce platform using WordPress, ensuring all product listings are up-to-date and optimized for search engines.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer journey from awareness to purchase.
Qualifications
- Should have Good experiance in food business/Cloud kitchen operation/Food retail Experience
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of online sales strategies.
- Proficiency in SEO practices, conversion optimization techniques, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is preferred.
- Strong skills in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience in social media management and advertising across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content that drives engagement.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing principles is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
