E-Commerce Manager (Expr in Unicommerce)

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Sales Manager to oversee and optimize our sales on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and other online platforms. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of PPC advertising, sales strategies, and data-driven decision-making to maximize revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketplace Management – Maintain and optimize our presence on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
  • PPC Advertising – Plan, execute, and optimize sponsored ads and PPC campaigns to drive sales.
  • Sales Growth Strategy – Develop strategies to increase revenue, improve conversion rates, and boost organic rankings.
  • Listing Optimization – Work on SEO-friendly product listings, A+ Content, and keyword strategies.
  • Inventory & Pricing Management – Ensure stock availability, competitive pricing, and manage promotional campaigns.
  • Data Analysis – Monitor sales performance, ad spend, and ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Competitor Analysis – Keep track of competitor strategies and implement improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience – Minimum 3-5 +years in managing sales on Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
  • Strong PPC Skills – Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Google Ads (preferred).
  • Analytical Mindset – Proficiency in tools like Helium 10, or Seller App for keyword research and sales tracking.
  • Excel & Data Analysis – Strong ability to analyze sales trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of Marketplace Policies – Up-to-date with Amazon & Flipkart policies, fees, and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
