Urgent Hiring: E-Commerce Key Account Manager

Location: Jeddah


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce account management, trade marketing, or key account management in FMCG or a similar consumer products industry.
  • Proven experience handling Amazon, Noon, Carrefour Online, or Quick Commerce partners (e.g., Jahez, Hunger Station, Nana, Ninja, Noon, Keeta etc.).


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships and commercial performance with major e-commerce partners (Amazon, Noon, Carrefour Online, Quick Commerce platforms).
  • Drive sales growth by executing joint business plans, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure product availability, accurate listings, and strong digital shelf visibility across platforms.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Demand Planning to forecast demand and prevent out-of-stock situations.
  • Analyze sales performance, consumer trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop online content, campaigns, and visibility plans.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for management.
