E-commerce & Marketing Assistant (French Speaker)

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce & Marketing Manager to join our Dubai office and help us scale our business to the next level.

Role Overview

As an E-commerce & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online business. From managing our Shopify websites to executing marketing campaigns, you will have a 360° role in growing our e-commerce brands. You will also collaborate with freelancers, agencies, and partners to ensure smooth execution across all channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize our Shopify websites (product listings, UX improvements, apps, integrations).
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow online sales.
• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and plan engaging content.
• Build and maintain influencer and brand partnerships.
• Coordinate with freelancers (designers, copywriters, developers) to deliver projects on time.
• Monitor sales performance, campaigns, and customer feedback to improve results.
• Assist with content creation and design when needed (basic Photoshop skills are a plus).

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce management (Shopify is a must).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media and partnerships.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English; French language skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Experience managing freelancers and agencies is a strong advantage.
• Basic design skills (Photoshop or similar tools) are a plus.
