E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator

Unfinished Furniture of Wilmington is a locally owned furniture store specializing in solid wood products. We have a casual atmosphere that fosters genuine relationships between customers and staff.

We are in need of a personable individual to work full-time managing our ecommerce and marketing channels. You would be working five days a week within our normal business hours of 10-6pm weekdays and 10-5pm Saturdays; no Sundays or late nights. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Process ecommerce, phone, and in-store orders

• Manage social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest

• Oversee company website; post and edit pages as needed

• Design and edit point-of-purchase and marketing material

• Coordinate with outside marketing company regarding blogs, SEO, etc.

• Place orders with manufacturers

• Keep track of open orders, expected deliveries, etc.

• Develop and maintain a relationship with brand representatives

• Assist customers in-store, over the phone, and online

• Facilitate sales and take customer orders utilizing QuickBooks Point of Sale

Requirements:

• Typing and computer skills

• Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds

• Personable with excellent customer service skills

• Willingness to learn

• Experience with Canva, WooCommerce, WordPress, and/or QuickBooks is a plus
