E-commerce / Marketing Coordinator

Heat Wave Visual (HWV) prides itself on thoughtful design mixed with state-of-the-art technology to provide people with more than just another pair of sunglasses. Whether it's racing, work, play, safety, or whatever you are into these days – we make you look good while protecting your eyes. Every day we strive to offer outstanding customer service, have fun engaging with our customer fanbase, and constantly raise the bar for ourselves, our products, design, and content.

About This Role

Looking for an organized, detail and data-obsessed marketing coordinator who thrives at the intersection of creativity and operations. You'll be supporting our marketing machine to help keep it running smoothly—e-commerce site support, combing through the data, creating actionable reports and insights and helping to make sure every product launch, sale event, and brand moment goes off without a hitch.

You're equally comfortable updating PDPs in Shopify, building email campaigns in Klaviyo, coordinating shot lists with the creative team, SMS execution, and tracking performance dashboards. You love data, checklists, timelines, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You're proactive, collaborative, and ready to jump in wherever the team needs support, like QA'ing the site before a massive quarterly sale.

You care about the details while keeping your eye on the bigger picture. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift, deadlines are tight, and excellence is non-negotiable. You show up with integrity, grit, and a great attitude while maintaining the HWV spirit: hardworking, passionate, authentic, high-performing, and future-focused.
