Key Responsibilities
- Platform Management: Oversee and update e-commerce websites and online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Shopify), ensuring accurate product listings, descriptions, and images.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to drive traffic.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance, creating reports to make data-driven decisions.
- Conversion Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and optimize the user experience (UX) to enhance conversion rates.
- Inventory & Operations: Collaborate with logistics and merchandising teams to ensure timely stock replenishment and order fulfillment.
