Key Responsibilities (with AI additions)
- Strategy & Planning: Define e-commerce sales goals, develop multi-channel marketing strategies, and manage campaign budgets.
- Digital Marketing Execution: Oversee SEO, SEM (PPC), email marketing, content marketing, and social media to attract and convert customers.
- Website & UX: Collaborate with IT to improve site functionality, user experience (UX), and conversion rates.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign effectiveness, and use data to refine strategies.
- Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Service teams for integrated campaigns.
- Affiliate/Partnerships: Identify and manage relationships with affiliates and partners.
Essential Skills
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.).
- Expertise in SEO, PPC, email automation, and analytics (Google Analytics).
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Analytical, project management, and communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or IT.
- Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce management.
