- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and customer acquisition
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Improve website conversion rates (CRO) and user journey
- Oversee product promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Monitor performance metrics (traffic, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate)
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and content creators as needed
- Manage SEO, email marketing, and retargeting strategies
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Recommend growth opportunities based on data and trends
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in e-commerce marketing
- Strong knowledge of paid media & performance marketing
- Experience with Shopify / WooCommerce / similar platforms
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Results-driven mindset (sales & ROI focused)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
Nice to Have
- Experience managing multiple e-commerce websites
- Experience in fashion / retail / uniforms (bonus)
- Familiarity with CRM, email automation, and analytics tools
