Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. This role involves developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive online sales, and optimize user engagement across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of e-commerce marketing channels, analytics, and content creation to support our rapid growth in the dietary supplement industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM (including Google Ads), social media marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing to increase online sales and brand awareness.
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, including WordPress-based websites and content management systems, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Conduct keyword research using SEO tools to identify opportunities for organic growth and improve search engine rankings.
  • Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, analyze traffic patterns, and derive actionable insights.
  • Oversee content creation efforts including copywriting, graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator, and content management to ensure engaging product descriptions and promotional materials.
  • Implement conversion optimization strategies by analyzing user behavior and testing website elements to improve sales funnels.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as TikTok and Facebook Advertising to expand reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously refine strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on e-commerce environments; experience managing B2B or B2C brands preferred.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, SEM techniques, marketing automation platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL is advantageous.
  • Expertise in content creation—including copywriting—graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop or Illustrator.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize websites for conversion through A/B testing and user experience enhancements.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing strategies including email marketing campaigns and social media advertising.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources to inform decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
