E-Commerce Marketing Specialist

We are hiring a full-time E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to support performance, creative execution, and day-to-day growth initiatives across our Shopify storefront.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, creative, and customer experience.

What You’ll Own & Support

Campaign Execution

• Build and deploy email and SMS campaigns
• Support product launches and onsite promotions
• Coordinate assets and timelines for marketing initiatives

Shopify & Site Execution

• Manage product listings, collections, and merchandising updates
• Support landing page builds and promotional updates
• Maintain tagging, metafields, and campaign structure
• QA site changes and ensure performance readiness

Creative & Brand Support

• Assist with graphic design and campaign creative
• Support social and outreach initiatives
• Help maintain brand consistency across touchpoints

Customer & Revenue Support

• Monitor customer experience and messaging
• Assist in resolving support issues with brand alignment
• Track campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field
• Working knowledge of Shopify Admin
• Familiarity with email platforms (Klaviyo or similar preferred)
• Basic understanding of analytics and conversion
• Comfortable learning new tools quickly
• Strong attention to detail

Bonus:

• Basic HTML/CSS familiarity
• Experience with creative tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe)

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
