We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented E-commerce Marketing Specialistto support the daily operations and growth of our online business. This role offers hands-on experience across marketplace management, digital marketing, influencer partnerships, inventory planning, and performance analytics. Responsibilities:
· Support the daily operations of Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and other e-commerce platforms.
· Manage and optimize product listings, promotions, and marketplace performance.
· Coordinate TikTok creator and affiliate partnerships.
· Assist with TikTok content optimization and social media marketing initiatives.
· Monitor and optimize Amazon Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads campaigns.
· Analyze sales, advertising, and marketplace performance data to identify growth opportunities.
· Coordinate inventory planning, logistics, and order fulfillment.
· Handle customer inquiries and help maintain excellent account health and customer experience.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and business growth.
Requirements:
· Verbal and Written Mandarin Chinese is required
· Having a background in digital marketing is a plus
· Experience in Facebook Ads and Google AdWords is a plus
· Strong sense of urgency and ownership
· Engage in interactive dialogue with customers through active listening
· Detail-oriented and analytical problem solving skills
· Strong in multitasking
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Must be dependable, responsible, with reliable attendance
· Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks and work in an organized and self-supervised manner
