The Role
This role is ideal for someone who understands the complexities of selling on Amazon, Etsy, and TikTok Shop, including working with third-party fulfillment partners, platform policies, and data-driven decision-making.
You’ll have real responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact. This role is for someone who pays attention to details, digs into the numbers, notices what’s changing, and takes action to improve things.
This isn’t a role for simply “managing” ecommerce. We’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about the business and wants to make it better every day. You’ll be hands-on with digital operations, data analysis, social media management, and customer experience optimization, learning and growing as the business scales.
What You’ll Do
Optimize for Growth: Continuously improve titles, bullets, images, keywords, and A+ content to drive SEO, conversion rate, and sales across Amazon, Etsy, TikTok Shop, and our website
Analyze & Take Action: Monitor sales, traffic, ad, and keyword data; identify trends, issues, and opportunities; create Excel reports to guide decisions
Drive Ad Results: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (PPC, sponsored products, social ads) for maximum effectiveness
Product Launch & Merchandising: Support new product launches with listing readiness, keyword research, content, and merchandising strategy
Inventory & Fulfillment: Track stock levels, create FBA shipments, and coordinate with third-party fulfillment partners to ensure smooth operations
Customer Experience: Monitor reviews, questions, and feedback to improve the customer journey
Platform & Policy Management: Stay up-to-date on Amazon, Etsy, and TikTok Shop policies, respond to and prevent policy violations, and troubleshoot listing or account issues
Special Projects: Assist with miscellaneous operational or marketing tasks as needed
What You Bring
0–2 years of hands-on ecommerce or related experience (Amazon, Etsy, or TikTok Shop experience a plus)
Self-starter attitude — able to learn independently and take initiative
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleanup, reporting)
Action-oriented: you use data to make decisions and move forward
Detail-obsessed: you notice the small things others miss
Strong written and verbal communication
Team-first mindset; willing to handle backend and operational tasks
Required Qualifications
0 -1 year experience in ecommerce, business operations, analytics, bookkeeping, or another role working heavily with Excel and data
Exceptional written communication and attention to detail
Basic proficiency with Photoshop or other image editing tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating listings on Amazon, Etsy, or TikTok Shop
Experience creating product pages in bulk via templates or software (Feedonomics, Salsify, or similar)
Familiarity with AI/LLM tools to improve workflows
Product photography or basic graphic design skills
