Job Title

E-commerce & Marketplace Operations Executive – Remote (India)

Company Overview

We are a UK-based hardware and e-commerce company selling across Amazon, eBay and our own e-commerce websites in the UK and Europe. We are expanding rapidly and are now developing our own Shopify-based stores for multiple brands.

We are looking for an experienced remote e-commerce professional in India to help manage, grow and scale all our online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage and optimise all our sales channels including Amazon, eBay and Shopify websites:

Amazon & eBay

• Creating and optimising product listings (titles, images, descriptions, variations)
• Managing Amazon Seller Central & eBay Seller Hub
• Processing orders, cancellations, returns and refunds
• Handling customer messages, feedback and claims
• Monitoring account health and resolving issues
• Running promotions, price updates and deals
• Tracking stock levels and coordinating replenishment

Shopify & E-commerce Websites

• Managing and updating our Shopify website
• Uploading products, images, descriptions and prices
• Managing collections, categories and navigation
• Ensuring products are correctly listed and conversion-optimised
• Supporting development of new Shopify stores for additional brands
• Maintaining product accuracy across all websites

Reporting & Operations

• Daily sales and order reports
• Stock and performance tracking
• Working closely with the UK management team
• Identifying opportunities to grow sales and improve performance

Required Experience

We are looking for someone with:

• Good experience in E-Commerce and Online Selling
• Strong experience managing Shopify stores
• Experience creating and managing product listings
• Knowledge of variations, inventory and order workflows
• Good Excel skills (reports, stock, tracking)
• Strong written English
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Experience selling into the UK or European marketplaces is a strong advantage.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, aligned with UK business hours

Remote – Independent Contractor (India)

Salary

₹40,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month
(Depending on experience and skills)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
